Mango Banana Cucumber Smoothie
When the sun starts to shine, I prefer to start the day with a fresh and healthy smoothie. This is actually the first time I made a smoothie with cucumber. Makes it super fresh. Love it!
In most of my smoothies I add a tablespoon flax seeds. These super healthy seeds contain omega 3 and 6, vitamin B1 and 2, calcium, magnesium, zinc and potassium. You can buy flax seed in nearly every supermarket nowadays.
Prepare your cold smoothie with some frozen fruit. I usually freeze the banana’s, but you can also use fresh banana and a few ice cubes.
- 1 mango
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 cup water
- 1 Tbsp flaxseed
- Mix all the ingredients in the blender and blend until you have a smooth drink.
- *For 3/4 liter.
