OH MY...! I'll never ever buy supermarket-cereal in my life again. This is SO GOOD!!! Completely hooked to home-made granola! :). When you make it, make sure you make plenty. You can store it for about one month.

spinach date This salad! Another one of Ottolenghi's surprises. Not that you wouldn't expect any thing less from this great chef... he continues to blow me away with new flavor combinations. I've made this salad so many times by now. It's one in the quality range quick, easy, and like I said, wonderful flavors. A brilliant combination.

banana pancakes

Youth sentiment. With my grandparents to the pancake house. Thick large pancakes... eyes bigger than the belly...of course! Or my other grandmothers pancakes. In her tiny kitchen, baked with lots of butter and served by the queen on a beautifully classic plate with golden details. Or the pancakes syrup and cheese from my first boyfriend. I loved the discovery of the sweet and salty combination.

Walnut pesto

For the foodblogswop March (foodies make recipes from each others blog), I was linked to the blog Food Style by weight consultant Kim van der Wel (yes Kim, here it is;)). On her blog you find delicious and super healthy dishes and snacks for every moment of the day. It's a Dutch blog, but I'm more than happy to share one of her recipes with you in English.

ShareLoveNotSecrets_in_de_Jan_Food_Guide Lately I've been really busy with Share Love Nots Secrets. Out of sheer passion and ambition, you find me a lot in the kitchen, photographing food and blogging like a crazy-person. Oh yes and of course: I spend a lot of time on experimenting with pulp and developing (pulp) recipes. And it's paying off!!! More and more people are finding their way to my blog and media notice my blog as well! This month you can find SLSN in Dutch glossy JAN. Very proud of course!!!

cacao almond butter It was my plan to blog three times a week. Monday: Juicy- or shake-it-Monday. Wednesday a juice pulp recipe. Preferably one from the Monday-pulp. And Friday another recipe. It can be anything. From pasta to dessert, something healthy to a guilty pleasure, from sweet to savory and so on. Waiting till Friday with sharing this mindblowing-super-yummie treat? Don't think so!
