On a hot summer day it’s great to go for an easy pasta and a nice salad! This pasta is fixed super quick and oh so tasty :-D!
I prefer my pasta’s pretty basic any ways. The Italian way! Only a few very fresh, tasty and strong ingredients and it’s enough. The sage combined with the butter sauce and Parmesan cheese is amazing… Believe me… ENJOY.
Pasta with Sage & Butter Sauce
- 14 Sage leaves
- 50 gr Butter
- 30 gr Parmesan
- Black Pepper
- Melt the butter and fry the sage leaves in the butter. Not to many at the same time, they won't get crispy.
- Take out the leaves and let them dry on a paper towel.
- Cook the pasta al dente.
- Heat up the butter sauce a little and mix with the pasta and sage leaves.
- Divide the paste to the plates and add lots of Parmesan and some black pepper.
