Last week, my friend Wendy brought over some really nice foodies! A very special cake - read about Wendy's City Secrets soon! - and a few different dips. Pumpkin hummus was one of them. Absolutely tasty. The great dips were finished immediately, so I thought: lets try this at home.
This is a very classic pasta. It takes a bit of time (about 2 1/2 hours) and that's worth it! I was looking in my fridge wondering what I could make with the products I had. Always a challenge. Especially the celery... definitely wanted to use that one. Find a recipe (meal) with celery! I don't use it very often. But finally... I found this recipe of a very basic pasta. Yes. Basic. Less is more!
I'm nuts about anything lemony. So... lemon curd must be one of the secrets!
Hummus is a 10-minute-fix-side-dish. I like to play around with the flavour sometimes. Adding a little more lemon or add some Tabasco... Hot hot hot!
Never thought making scones would be so easy. Yes, it is! You make them in 20 minutes. Voilà...
