BANANA FIG APPLE SMOOTHIE Is it a mocha…. is it a chocolate… is it a coffee shake??! NO! It’s a fruity-smoothie… That’s the thing, you know. I’d love to show all my fruity shakes in fresh-and-fruity-colors. But it just doesn’t work that way. Mix banana, figs and apple and this is what you get.

Despite of the color… It’s super tasty and can go for a breakfast if you ask me (you might wanna add some cereal, nuts or seeds). Obviously pretty sweet. A perfect start of the day…

Ohh and I just LOVE figs. Will try to do some more ‘fig-blending’ or cooking soon.

Banana Fig Apple Smoothie

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 5 minutes

Serving Size: 1

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • 2 Figs
  • 1 Apple
  • 1/2 cup (almond) milk
  • 3 Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients in the blend until you got a nice and smooth drink. Drink it!
