ELDERFLOWER & EDIBLE FLOWER-POPS

Yield: 3 or 4 popsicles

Requirements: 4 ice-cream molds of 65 ml or 3 ice-cream molds of 90 ml + wooden sticks?

Ingredients

  • ?200 ml water (boiled and cooled)?
  • ½ el elderflower syrup
  • ¼ tsp rose water?
  • 9-12 edible flowers?

Instructions

  1. Mix the water with the elder flower syrup and the rose water.
  2. ?Fill the molds with the mixture and divide the edible flowers over molds. Use the wooden stick to divide the flowers.
  3. Add the wooden sticks and let the popsicles get completely frozen in about 4-6 hours.?
    Tip: ?How do you make your pops transparent? Boil the water and allow to cool before using it.?
