Requirements: 4 ice-cream molds of 65 ml or 3 ice-cream molds of 90 ml + wooden sticks?

Ingredients
- 200 ml water (boiled and cooled)
- ½ Tb elderflower syrup
- ¼ tsp rose water
- 9-12 edible flowers
Instructions
- Mix the water with the elder flower syrup and the rose water.
- Fill the molds with the mixture and divide the edible flowers over molds. Use the wooden stick to divide the flowers.
- Add the wooden sticks and let the popsicles get completely frozen in about 4-6 hours.
