Let’s start the week with a healthy & simple shake!
Instead of use cubes, you could wash and store your fruit in the freezer. I always have -ready to blend- frozen fruit in the freezer.
- 1 Banana
- Handful forest fruits
- 5 Basil leaves
- 4 Ice cubes (or frozen bananas en/or forest fruit instead)
- 4 tablespoons water
- Mix all the ingredients in the blender and blend until you have a smooth drink.
- Preparation time: 5 minutes.
