Forest Fruit Smoothie
Let’s start the week with a healthy & simple shake!
Instead of use cubes, you could wash and store your fruit in the freezer. I always have -ready to blend-  frozen fruit in the freezer.

Forest Fruit Smoothie

Prep Time: 5 minutes


  • 1 Banana
  • Handful forest fruits
  • 5 Basil leaves
  • 4 Ice cubes (or frozen bananas en/or forest fruit instead)
  • 4 tablespoons water


  1. Mix all the ingredients in the blender and blend until you have a smooth drink.
  2. Preparation time: 5 minutes.
