Mango Strawberry & Ginger Smoothie
I’m cheating a little, because I’m using crystallized ginger for this shake. I haven’t tried, but you could give it a go with fresh ginger, for the perfect healthy start this week ;).
- 1 cup chopped peeled mango
- 1 cup hulled strawberries
- 3/4 cup crushed ice
- 1/2 cup vanilla low-fat yoghurt
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 2 teaspoons minced crystallized ginger
- 2 teaspoons honey
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and mix until well-blended. Pour into 2 glasses.
