Puccini works primarily with fresh ingredients and prepares the most in-kitchen… from dressings, pesto, tapenade and soups to the now famous apple pie. Puccini works with the top Amsterdam suppliers, including patisserie Pompadour (croissants and pastries), Frank’s Smokehouse (smoked salmon) and Bakkerij Out, purveyor since 1897. Meats come from the craft Young butcher, pastes are, when not prepared in Puccini’s kitchen, specially made by Pasta by Michèl.
Puccini has a nice terrace next to the restaurant. Oh… and if you have some place left… buy some chocolates at Puccini Bomboni next door!
