Beetroot carrot apple juice
Lets start a brand new week with a super healthy juice!
Since I have a sweet tooth, this is really my kinda juice. When I started juicing I made this one quite a bit. It did raise some eyebrows (“Why do you choose the veggies with the most sugar in it?”) since sugar, yes also fruit sugar, is not really good for the human body. I figured that it would be ok, since you don’t hear me complain about physical problems. Any sugar is bad when you’re not fit, since it feeds the bad cells. So did you know a glass of fresh pressed orange juice is not a good plan when you have a flue or something like that?
Anyhow, I continue following my philosophy: cook pure food, eat with moderation and ENJOY! You have no idea how much I enjoy a beet carrot apple juice like this… As much as this brownie. Keeping up with the no-stress eating and love all of it!

- 1 apple
- 2 beetroots
- 3 carrots
- Optional: shot wheat grass
- Cut the apple, (peeled) beetroots and carrot (optional: shot of wheat grass).
- Juice them together and start your happy day. After cleaning the juicer of course 😉
