I'm a big fan of almond milk and recently discovered you can make it with a slowjuicer. And lots of it too (in compared with a cheese cloth). It wouldn't be me not figuring out what to do whit the almond pulp. These almond pulp cookies are my first trials and I'm sure I can figure out more options! Yes >>
I recently organized a dinner party for eight friends. I tried to include as many pulp dishes as possible. One of the items was this pulp veggie burger. Personally, I like a bite. My friends too - the burger was a succes. Pulp + wasabi + chili. Apparently it’s a good combination (no, it IS!).
Once I organized a high tea and baked an alternative brownie - with honey. It was a request for a friend to have some -refined-sugarless dishes. Well, what did I know. Honey?.... I didn't like it to much. I did make a photo for my blog, but the recipe never made it to the www. "If I eat (or make or post) a brownie, I want a classic brownie," I'd always say. Nothing beats the real thing.
No pulp? Use grated carrot or beetroot!
You just wanna cook all day, are granddaughter of a baker, try not to waste any food and juicing fanatically since the past month. Pretty inevitable that you start to experiment with juice pulp! Sounds like me ;).
