Seriously, I'd never believe that I'd like a peanut butter smoothie. But really. I LOVE this one! I don't know. I'm just not a big fan of peanut butter. Remember eating it a lot with my sandwich for lunch at primary school. Later on, never ate it again. I do love peanut sauce though... Hhhmm yes, that's a bit weird I guess ;).
Last week, my friend Wendy brought over some really nice foodies! A very special cake - read about Wendy's City Secrets soon! - and a few different dips. Pumpkin hummus was one of them. Absolutely tasty. The great dips were finished immediately, so I thought: lets try this at home.
This is a very classic pasta. It takes a bit of time (about 2 1/2 hours) and that's worth it! I was looking in my fridge wondering what I could make with the products I had. Always a challenge. Especially the celery... definitely wanted to use that one. Find a recipe (meal) with celery! I don't use it very often. But finally... I found this recipe of a very basic pasta. Yes. Basic. Less is more!
Follow my blog with Bloglovin Water with a bit of flavour: I don't mind. Either with some herbs or with syrup > lemonade <. But isn't it nice to make your own lemonade? Or límonade: make it with limes instead of lemons!
I'm nuts about anything lemony. So... lemon curd must be one of the secrets!
Marleen: "Whenever I go to Panini I order a focaccia cipolle. The sweet caramelized unions and creme cheese on the best focaccia bread of Amsterdam... It's the BOMB!!!"
