I'm a bit hooked on puddings.... Tried my first one years ago with a Christmas dinner. Completely ruined it (only the dessert ;)). Yes, I can say: I have improved!!! This buttermilk panna cotta worked out so nice. And so did this yoghurt pudding... If you want to surprise you guests, this dessert is absolute a must do!!! You can prepare everything, so it won't take much time during the dinner.
You want to celebrate Valentines day? And surprise your love with a lovely pie... but... out of time? Within 40 minutes you will be able to serve this one! Unless you decide to make you own lemon curd, that you can use for this pie and more. You won't regret doing this...
W00PS!!! Haven't had much time for blogging lately. Did some cooking here and there. But ate all before I had the chance to make a nice photo... sorry ;). Ok. Honestly... I just wish I'd have all day, all week just for cooking and blogging about it. That's definitely my dream. No. My goal. Will keep working on that one though :).
Just went to the gym. Got home and felt like a healthy snack. And guess what I found in my fridge... These yummie bars I made yesterday! Yep home made No Bake Peanut Butter Bars. A damn good snack. And you know what? You make the plain bars in 10 minutes. Want to add the chocolate coat? Add about 5 minutes more. Easy peasy! :)
A fruity ánd nutritious start of the week with those strawberries, cereal and super food chia seeds!
When I have friends or family coming over for dinner, I love to prepare all day. Usually I have plans that make me wonder 'how will I fix that, in this amount of time??!' Mission impossible.. Oh yeah I've served my guests dinner pretty late a few times. Big excuse to the ones who are used to dine around six. At my house, we do it the Italian way ;). It was not a strange thing starting dinner around 22:30 when I lived in Milano years ago. Is that a good excuse?!
I'm nuts about anything lemony. So... lemon curd must be one of the secrets!
